Meridian Atlas is a working prototype for tracking how religious demographics, minority freedoms, and related events have shifted across the world since 1945. Each country profile brings together population trends, mosque and organization counts, and a timeline of reported incidents into a single view.
Country entries are compiled and reviewed by site administrators from publicly available sources — government records, NGO reports, and news coverage. Each reported event links back to the sources used to document it, including URLs, source type, and supporting images where available.
This project is still a prototype. Country boundaries, figures, and historical summaries shown on this site are for demonstration purposes and have not been independently verified. They should not be cited or relied upon until full production data has been reviewed and published.
